Terms of service
Last updated: 6 October 2026
These terms apply to every order you place on this website. Please read them before you buy. They don't affect your legal rights as a consumer.
1. Who we are
This website is run by Waggle Lane, Saint-Raphaël, 83700, France (email: tamopetshop@gmail.com). Our shop is hosted on Shopify.
2. Your order
When you place an order, you'll get an email confirming we've received it. A contract between us is formed when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched. If we can't accept your order, for example because an item is out of stock or a price was clearly wrong, we'll tell you and refund any payment in full.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order, through Shopify's secure checkout.
4. Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses. Costs and estimated times are set out on our Delivery page. The items become your responsibility once delivered to the address you gave us.
5. Cancellations, returns and faulty items
You can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. Faulty items are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Full details are on our Returns and refunds page.
6. Discount codes and promotions
- Only one discount or promotion can be used per order unless we say otherwise.
- Codes must be used before their expiry date and may need a minimum spend, shown with the offer.
- Codes have no cash value and can't be exchanged for cash.
- Each promotion may have its own terms, which we publish alongside it.
7. Reviews
We publish genuine reviews from customers, positive and negative. We only remove reviews that contain spam, offensive language or personal information. We never pay for reviews or ask for positive ones.
8. Using our products
Always check the size guide and the product instructions, and supervise your dog when using new products, especially toys and chews. Stop using any item that becomes damaged.
9. Our liability
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
10. Your personal data
We use your personal data as described in our privacy policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you have a complaint, please contact us first and we'll do our best to resolve it.
