Orders & delivery
How much is delivery?
Standard UK delivery is £3.95. It's free on orders over £40. You'll see the cost before you pay at checkout.
How long will my order take?
Most orders arrive within 3 to 6 working days. As soon as your parcel is on its way, we'll email you a tracking link.
Where's my order?
Use the tracking link in your dispatch email, or visit our Track my order page. Still stuck? Send us your order number using the form below.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Returns & refunds
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you've changed your mind, then another 14 days to send it back. Items need to be unused and, where possible, in their original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Send us your order number and the items you'd like to return using the form below. We'll reply with the return address and the next steps.
When will I get my refund?
Within 14 days of receiving the item back (or proof you've sent it), to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
My item arrived faulty. What now?
Sorry about that. Tell us within 30 days and we'll put it right with a refund, repair or replacement, and cover the cost of sending it back. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

Which pets do you shop for?
Dogs and cats. Pick your pet in the menu to see everything for them.
How do I choose the right size?
For collars and harnesses, measure your dog or cat's neck and chest (girth) with a soft tape. For beds and carriers, measure your pet from nose to tail and leave room to stretch out. Then check the size chart on the product page or our size guide.
How do I use a discount code?
Type it in the discount code box in your basket, or at checkout. Only one offer applies per order, and some codes need a minimum spend.
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices on our site include VAT.
