This policy explains how Waggle Lane ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit our website, buy from us or contact us. We are the controller of your personal information under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

- Order details: what you buy, return or add to your basket, and your order history.
- Payment information: handled securely by our payment providers. We don't see or store your full card details.
- Account information: if you create an account, your login details and preferences.
- Messages: anything you send us through our contact form or by email.
- Device and usage information: your IP address, browser, device and how you use our site, collected through cookies (see our cookie policy).

Marketing
We only send you marketing emails or texts if you've opted in, for example by ticking a box when you sign up. Every marketing message includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing doesn't affect emails about your orders.
Who we share it with
- Shopify, which hosts our shop and processes your information to run our checkout and services. See Shopify's privacy policy.
- Payment providers, to take your payment securely.
- Delivery companies, to deliver your order.
- Email and marketing tools, to send you messages you've asked for.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
We never sell your personal information.
International transfers
Some of our providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
We keep order and accounting records for as long as the law requires (usually 6 years). Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe. Other information is kept only as long as we need it for the purposes above.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal information, correct it, ask us to delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, ask for a copy in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email us at tamopetshop@gmail.com. We'll reply within one month.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Children
Our shop is not aimed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
